The rebranding of the database specialist completes its integration into the VINCI Energies group
Already part of VINCI Energies Belgium since 2024, Caitlann Consulting, an expert in database management and support, now operates under the Axians brand. This rebranding marks the company’s full integration into the Axians network, the ICT brand of VINCI Energies.
With a team of engineers specializing in Oracle and MS SQL, Caitlann Consulting manages more than 1,000 databases, mainly for clients in southern Belgium active in the healthcare and public services sectors.
Its activities cover database management and support, with a strong focus on managed services, making the team an essential partner for organizations with critical systems. Internally, this entity will now be known as Axians BXL-South.
Full integration
The expertise of Caitlann Consulting, acquired by VINCI Energies Belgium in the summer of 2024, strengthens Axians’ existing portfolio in Belgium, which includes audiovisual solutions, critical communications, business applications, information management, hybrid cloud services, and cybersecurity.

A lever for growth in Wallonia
The decision to rebrand is part of Axians’ strategy to strengthen its activities in Wallonia. With its strong position in the healthcare and utilities sectors, this business unit is a key driver of growth in the south of the country.
Thanks to the Axians network, it will be able to meet the growing demand for integrated ICT solutions, combining cloud, business applications, and database management, all under a comprehensive security strategy.
The public limited company retains its legal status, while the team will continue to operate from Wauthier-Braine, maintaining its autonomy in line with VINCI Energies’ decentralized structure.
