Horus Office, Falco, Nebra… The ecosystem is expanding as the company grows

Revenue of €12.5 million, growth of around 110% compared to the previous year. Liège-based Horus Software is on a roll. Its platform logic sets it apart in the market.

A year ago, Horus Software launched Nebra, a post-accounting solution. Its key strength is its ability to automatically generate readable financial reports that comply with regulations. With Nebra, the Liège-based publisher enables accountants and trustees to manage all their activities.

“At Horus Software, we are clearly moving towards a platform approach,” explains Benjamin Tailleur, COO, Horus Software. “By connecting our three solutions, Horus Office, Falco, and Nebra, accounting firms are able to manage all their activities from a single interface. This approach is paying off.”

Today, more than 6,000 accountants rely on Horus Software solutions. Together, they manage more than 100,000 accounting files. In addition, 120,000 entrepreneurs use the Falco financial application, launched in 2021. At the end of last year, a third solution was launched, Nebra, which automatically generates financial reports, saving considerable time.

Nebra, post-accounting

The accounting data available in Horus Office is automatically synchronized with Nebra. The accounts can be checked in just a few clicks, and legal documents such as minutes, annual accounts, and ISOC calculations are generated automatically.

In addition, Nebra allows you to create customized management reports, which are essential for financial decision-making. This saves accountants valuable time. At the same time, they build customer loyalty by focusing on high value-added tasks, such as consulting.

“Accountants and trustees often use three to five different tools to manage their entire business, which leads to complexity and additional costs, including for the end customer. Many clients have asked us for a simple post-accounting solution that is easy to integrate with existing Horus products,” explains Benjamin Tailleur. “With our post-accounting solution, accountants can now manage all their needs from a single platform.”

Mandatory electronic invoicing

A new milestone will be reached in 2026 with the widespread adoption of electronic invoicing. Already this year, more than 1 million invoices have been sent via Falco. Another 44 million documents have been recognized by AI and then automatically accounted for. As a certified Peppol access point, Horus Software has also enabled the processing of more than 250,000 electronic invoices.

In November, a new e-invoicing API was launched so that external players can integrate electronic invoicing into their own environment.

“Belgian entrepreneurs were relatively late to get on board, but today we are seeing a real rush for our Peppol solutions. In less than a month, more than 200 integrators have already connected their systems to our API,” continues Benjamin Tailleur.

Doubling growth

By 2025, Horus Software will have achieved a turnover of €12.5 million, representing an annual growth rate of 110%. The company now has more than 40 employees. Eighteen new recruits have joined the team and at least 20 more positions still need to be filled to support the expansion.

“Next year, we want to double our turnover again to reach $25 million! We are therefore looking for a wide variety of profiles, including at least 10 developers. In 2027, they will be able to move into our new offices, which are currently under construction,” concludes Benjamin Tailleur.
